Your video data is yours. ScreenDocs Inc., grants you to use videos as you wish. We do not sell or use videos created/imported/collected by you for our business requirements.

The security of your personal information and data is important to us. We store them securely. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received. Video data is stored on servers located in the United States. We will process your video data on your behalf and under your instructions.

Videos are administered by video creators. We also host the videos on our website or app and collect the comments/reactions/email IDs that you submit to the video creators.

If you have any questions about a video you are viewing, please contact the video creator directly, as ScreenDocs Inc., is not responsible for the content of that video or your comments/reactions to it.

The anonymity of your comments/reactions depends on how the video creator has configured the video.

We don’t sell or share your responses to third party advertisers or marketers unless the policy is specifically different for the video creator. So you’re advised to check with them in this regard.

Currently all videos that are published has a public URL associated with it and any one who has the link can watch these videos.

To get unique views on the videos watched, we calculate browser fingerprint based on parameters present in browser. This fingerprint is only used for analytics purpose and will not be mapped to any user in our system


When you access the Service, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device you use, your device unique ID, the IP address of your device, your operating system, the type of Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data ("Usage Data").


We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and we retain certain information.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. We provide paid products and/or services within the Service. We use Chargebee for managing subscription and use Stripe for payment processing. We also store personal information like name, email and company in Chargebee for managing your subscription.

We will not store your payment card details. That information is provided directly to the above mentioned systems, whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors are required to adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

GOOGLE OAUTH (Google Inc.)

Google OAuth is a registration and authentication service provided by Google Inc. and is connected to the Google network. Personal Data collected: various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service. Place of processing: United States – Privacy Policy. Privacy Shield participant.


Amazon S3 is a storage service we use.

Videos & Images are stored in S3

Videos created cannot be directly from S3.

Videos are made available to you and your customers via our CDN.


We use Google for converting text to speech


HotJar enables us to look at session replays. A session replay is a recreation of your session interactions on our site. We take measures to utilize the HotJar controls to exclude and block all input field values and any property on our site where we think sensitive user information can be entered. We only run HotJar for a limited period of time in order to collect a statistically significant number of sessions for us to learn and be able to improve our product.

Deletion or Cancel of Account

If you want to cancel your account, please contact to delete your account and all the video data associated.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, with an updated Effective Date.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy.
